On Location, exclusive hospitality provider for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, created a Transport Operations Centre (TROC) specifically tasked with tracking vehicles, anticipating issues such as traffic jams and dealing with operational problems like vehicle breakdowns, ultimately ensuring that hospitality guests were safely and efficiently transported to and from their destinations on time and in style. With tens of thousands of guests and over 100 venues across the event footprint, a data-driven solution was required to maintain situational awareness and respond rapidly to incidents.
